Leasing Management Made Easy

|Leasecake
Leasecake is a user-friendly software that makes it easy to keep track of changes. For accounting, it makes ASC-842 recording easier, which is a plus. The software sends reminders that help track changes in lease increases. The software has helped immensely, as some landlords do not send reminders or monthly statements. It allows customizing and adding fields for reporting as needed.

Leasecake is a top notch program for managing you leasing data in one secure location

|Leasecake
The thing I like most about Leasecake is having one secure location for all of my leasing data. It is also very easy to navigate and very well laid out. It also has notifications set up to make sure you are aware of any lease changes months before they occur. This can be CAM adjustments as well as escalations. I would highly recommend this program especially to companies with multiple leases.

We have been using Leasecake for a little over a year, and what I like best is the ease of use of the software and how easy it is to extract data. We have over 30 leases in the system. There is no guesswork for my office to figure out when leases are ending and renewing. I also like how they have set up lease extractors. All I have to do is email them, and they take care of everything from entering renewal reminders, extracting the rent amounts, and extracting key details from the lease to locate it later.
