Leasecake includes lease abstraction experts and a customer success team who have been invaluable to us. They helped navigate the leases and other documents for 109 retail stores where we are both landlord and tenant. The platform has already built in all the key points to track while allowing customization for our unique information. Prior to Leasecake, we monitored everything through spreadsheets. Their team is personal and prompt when I have questions about features or use of the platform.

Great on boarding team. Very thorough. Leasecake take all my leases and details that are scattered amongst many g drive folders, email and pdfs and puts them in one centeral location. Lease cake is very easy to navigate. We manage over a dozen leases with various terms and renewal dates. Leasecake's alerts are great to use. The ability to layer on permits and permit renewal dates is a time saver. I can't say enough good things about lease cake. It was a no brainer to add to our tech stack. Leasecake does exactly what it says, and ultimately that is what is most important.
