It has been really helpful to be able to prepare my 1:1 annotations at any time, allowing me to track my progress effortlessly throughout the week. The praise system gives everyone a sense of accomplishment and provides a rewarding feeling that makes the overall environment feel more human. My team uses the peer review feature every quarter, and it consistently helps us identify areas for improvement among our colleagues. What I really love is how quickly everything saves, and how my peers can see the changes I make in documents in real time. Our company has also configured praise messages to be sent automatically to a Slack channel, giving us full visibility without needing to open the Leapsome dashboard.

I use Leapsome for surveys, 1-1s, recognition and reviews. It automates everything, which I find very useful. I really appreciate the great survey and review analytics. A feature I particularly enjoy is Leapy, the AI tool, because I can ask it any questions about my data, and it acts as an amazing assistant to fix data issues or give summaries on how we can improve. Additionally, Leapsome's integration with Slack and Teams is a huge plus for us. The cost and the available automations and workflows were big factors in our decision to switch to Leapsome from Culture Amp. From what I understand, the setup was fairly smooth.
