Its integration facility is my favorite one. I'm using it with my Gmail. It helps me to measure the leads and find those easily. And my favorite is its customer journey tracking feature.

Emails get delivered for cold marketing campaigns. Most top of funnel services (cold email marketing) either lock your account if you have a couple bounces or nothing gets into the inbox. They also have great functions for automating and some really cool built-in data, allowing awesome segmentation. I know they also do much more, but this is what I'm using.
