What I like best about Qtrac is it's functionality, ease of use and great customer support. Qtrac queing system greatly improved our client's experience. We went from paper sign-in to Qtrac and our client's are so happy we finally implemented Qtrac queuing.
Qtrac would be our third vendor for a line management solution. We are happy with our selection. Some of the previous vendors didn't have an efficient customer service team or didn't quite have the infrastructure. The system always runs as it should, we haven't experienced issues we previously saw with the other vendors.
Kiosks and monitors have been easy to manage, and their ticket roll is 600+ feet, which saves us time from changing the kiosk paper. Qtrac has been a great solution. Anytime we have an issue their live chat has been very quick, helpful and easy to use. Their Kiosk came installed with all the software, so all we needed to do was put them in place. Reporting is nice and easy, and staff find it easy to call customers up to a window.
We recently asked if the system would allow customers to receive a notification if they didn't check-in to their appointment. The system didn't have the feature and the support team began working on it with frequent updates. It's nice to know that they are willing to add features that best fit our processes.
Staff found implementation easy, they picked up it quickly and without any issues.
