Also, there is a feature that leverages AI to write an email for you or take an email and reword it for you to make it stronger. All of this is fairly seemlessly integrated into the interface and is easy to understand, use, and leverage.
Impact: By using the Lavender dashboard, an admin (for instance a sales leader) can track the impact of their team's emails - score, effectiveness, engagement, opportunities for improvement, etc. Viewing results as a whole team or drilling down to invidifual sellers is powerful for both assessment and coaching.
