The support team has been great every time we needed them, whether it's for help with setting up new services, or restoring a backup. I logged in to a server to create a database dump so I could anonymize it and do some troubleshooting, and they sent me a notification that there was suspicious activity on the account, with a detailed play-by-play of the things I'd done to copy the database. This is an impressive level of monitoring, as this is exactly what an attacker would do.
