- They have a very respinsive support staff
- They have vastly simplified the process of achieving compliance for our cloud infrastructure in audits Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- They have taken years to implement feedback which made their product very painful to use. That being said it eventually did get implemented.
- They abstract away control of the docker layer of the cluster making it very difficult to integrate many containerized tools which would be trivial to implement without MedStack.
- Their API is proprietary and does not use standardized IaC configurations such as terraform. This can lead to vendor lock-in and make it difficult to move infrastructure in the event that MedStack's infrastructure becomes unavailable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
