I like how ShareDocView makes file management and sharing much easier and secure, allowing me to easily see who has access to shared files. I appreciate how easy it is to communicate on ShareDocView and locate my files. The different view modes are a nice touch as well. Before, sharing files with my team was difficult, but now I can easily ensure everyone has the viewing access they need, making collaboration on projects much simpler. The initial setup was super easy and not challenging at all. I find it much easier than using other tools like Microsoft suites or Google Drive for common viewing needs.

An effective platform to share and track document engagement safely
The best thing about this platform is that it is very effective in sharing the document using a trackable link. It also gives me visibility on how the user interacts with the document, which has been shared with them. Also, their setup is very straightforward; there are no complex initial setup required.

I like the document tracking and engagement insights in ShareDocView. It lets me see exactly when someone opens a document, how many times it's viewed, and which pages they spend the most time on. This makes my follow-ups much more timely and effective. The clear visibility into how recipients interact with the documents I share is very valuable. Instead of guessing whether a client has opened a proposal or presentation, I can see exactly when it was viewed and how much time was spent on it. Also, the onboarding process is simple, letting me start sharing and tracking documents almost immediately after setting up my account.
