I like how ShareDocView makes file management and sharing much easier and secure, allowing me to easily see who has access to shared files. I appreciate how easy it is to communicate on ShareDocView and locate my files. The different view modes are a nice touch as well. Before, sharing files with my team was difficult, but now I can easily ensure everyone has the viewing access they need, making collaboration on projects much simpler. The initial setup was super easy and not challenging at all. I find it much easier than using other tools like Microsoft suites or Google Drive for common viewing needs. Perhaps some more variety in accessibility features to ensure everyone can read the document in a way that is most clear to them, like easier access to color blocking, zooming in and out, changing font size, and choosing how to scroll through the documents. I like the document tracking and engagement insights in ShareDocView. It lets me see exactly when someone opens a document, how many times it's viewed, and which pages they spend the most time on. This makes my follow-ups much more timely and effective. The clear visibility into how recipients interact with the documents I share is very valuable. What I like the most about ShareDocView is that we can create any image as a document. This feature is very good because you can convert any normal photo into a document and save it as a file and PDF. This allows you to open and view it anytime.
