Kolleno has improved coordination between our credit & collection and legal specialists. The platform made it much easier for our credit & collections teams to prioritize their chasing activities and meet SLA requirements, which we have observed in the improved collected amounts on the weekly basis. For legal team, whenever there is a dispute or a bad debt that needs to be escalated, having access to the platform and being able to see the whole history of communication has been a game changer. Its also very convenient for me to be able to log in and export a report with all the bad debtors, disputes and the reasons behind them.

We’ve partnered with Kolleno in the early days of the company aiming to scale and improve our payment collection strategies. Simple automation did wonders for speeding up our payment collections, as most of the times our clients just needed a kind reminder to complete the payment. Whether it was troubleshooting technical issues or offering guidance on optimizing our workflow, they were always quick to respond and eager to help.
