The integration with our ERP system was seamless, providing us with a two-way data sync. The finance team was able to increase their productivity, and the amount of filters / triggers for customers and invoices that enroll into workflows is impressive, allowed us to create srtategies specific to our business processes. Appreciate how the platform is always up and running, there is no disruption to its operation.
Kolleno stood out to us with it’s very easy to navigate product design. The platform is very intuitive and i love how we can have information viewed at customer and invoice levels, as well as activating chasing activities on both of these too. On top of this, it is very useful to have that invoice status tag for us - as we can easily track any disputes or promises to pay from our clients.
Loved the new workflows release - that allowed us automate more than just payment reminders or chasing activities. Specifically, automating response to chargebacks has been a very useful addition for out team.
