I was looking for a financial tool suite that would help me collect my late invoices faster and I found Kolleno actually. At my company, we issue a lot of invoices that we struggle to collect and Kolleno just takes away that hassle of having to communicate with all your clients
My business is very sensitive with customers and since the beginning my brother and I have been very careful with our relationships with customers. The head of customer success understood this well and helped me create a very effective collection workflow (or strategy like they call it). If I remember correctly, it only took two sessions for the onboarding which was quite fast. Overall quite happy with the platform after 7 months using it.
Apart from the automated workflows for collections I was impressed by the release of the customer payment portal, which can be tailored with my company logo and colours. I am currently embedding links on my automated communications that lead to the payment portal and it reduces friction to pay an invoice for my clients.
