The system runs like clockwork and the integrations are working well - so nothing to dislike. Data flows perfectly between the systems, which makes it a very smooth process to manage.

Kolleno has made it much easier for us to handle the payments conversations without damaging our relationships with big corporate partners. The platform’s automated payment reminders are customizable, so we have segregated our partners into different portfolios, allowing us to adjust a tone of voice and strategy per each one. Now that all of our communications is automated, we only need to respond to incoming replies.
