Knock is very developer-friendly. Its packages for Node and React make it easy to code both the UI and the logic behind sending notifications. Knock also documents its product well, making it very easy to use and implement. At my company, we use Knock daily to send users notifications about topics to which they subscribe. Knock made this surprisingly easy; I only had to write a minimal amount of code. Knock also made it easy for me with guides and API references that provided exactly the information I needed.
