What I like best about Knit API is its seamless integration capabilities. Knit serves as an efficient middleware, facilitating bi-directional data syncs between our GRC platform and various HRIS solutions. The periodic pulls and webhook triggers ensure timely data updates, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of information. Customer support has been great.

The ease of integration of RazorpayX Payroll with Knit for integrating with multiple HRIS. The availability and consistency of data across various tools is great. The customer support which we got was great as the team was quick in acknowleding the various queries and concerns raised while integrating and really quick to resolve any issue or add customizations as and when required. Knit has a good UI dashboard to track things in terms of the various syncs as well as the various webhooks which were triggered during the syncs. The accuracy of syncs in terms of data processing is commendable. The APIs and the UI both are pretty easy to consume for clients.
