It would be more helpful if the documentation provided guidance on handling rate limits during large synchronizations, as well as managing data conflicts.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is ideal for beginners to navigate, and I haven't encountered any issues with it so far.

Our ATS to CRM workflows now run continuously, and Knit’s webhook-based sync captures every data change automatically, without the need for manual operation. Previously, we used polling-based tools, but Knit’s event-driven approach has completely resolved those issues.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo R. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Definitely their support, the SAP integration has ton of details to work perfectly, but their support was there all times, even joining calls with our customer to make sure we get the integration working as intended and how easy it was to integrate our system to theirs and use it, the implementation was very quick and custom.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Not really sure anything stands out, the most of the issues we had was the process of integrating with SAP, but that is always painful because of the singularities of each integration, even with the problems we had, their support had it covered.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the integration process with multiple HRIS services quicker.

  ### 40. Very good team flexible software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simo A. | Technical Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

KNIT does not store data from our integrations, it just act as an interface that send us the data. That's all. The point we really liked is the fact that the team is very open to help and even provide custom implementation to help succed an integration

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

When a synchronization has started you can stop it. It's a bit hard to find stuff in the documentation.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to connect to connect our application to many HRIS system using the unified API from KNIT

  ### 41. Good experience working with their product

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

They lack some features but they are quick to implement when requested.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Knit to sync data from our platform to various HRMS platforms.

  ### 42. Streamlined Integrations, Affordable Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenis K. | Product Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Knit is a great choice for inventors! Customizations are available from their proactive crew at an affordable price. Knit integrates with several HRIS systems effortlessly thanks to its uniform APIs and one data format. Furthermore, managing everything is made simple by their first-rate support and data synchronization.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Especially for HRIS, Knit benefits in terms of speed, dependability, and customization. However their API documentation might be more thorough, and their ERP connectivity choices are less extensive than those of their rivals. Better debugging tools would be nice to have, especially for payloads.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through safe data syncing between Chargebee and our onboarding dashboard, Knit helps us save time and effort. It also streamlines the process for sellers by doing away with the need for manual data entry. Without requiring complex coding, connecting with a variety of tools is made simple by their uniform APIs and appealing UI.

  ### 43. Knit is best data connector tool because its cheap, easy to integrate and customizable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prayagraj C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Technology:
- Knit autosync and API services are very great, especially thier Data model based intergation method is very easy, so our dev team was able to complete integration within 72 hours.
- Also Knit made personalized APIs for our use case.

Cost:
- Knit is almost 15 times cheaper then our prevoius data connector provider which we used for getting data of our users from Chargebee onto our system.
- Also they gave us 50% discount on plan.

Time:
- We required Chargebee connector which wasn't present, but Knit made a new connector and data models for us, within week.

Support:
- The Technical team is very sound and responsive, and we just required 2-3 mails and 2 meeting for getting everything running.
- The Account manager team is also great, they provided us 1 month of free trail and helped us craft cost-effective plan according to our need.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Technology:
- Some APIs need get request from our server on regular intervals, to get data, I belive Knit can also use its auto-sync funcationality here.

:
-

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knit provides us a Data connector to thrid party platforms like Chargebee, we have a dashboard where sellers are onboarded, but thier data like subscription plans, buyers data, etc. is on Chargebee. So to make onboarding smooth using Knit, our seller need to do one time access to Chargebee and then Knit would provide us thier data securly.

  ### 44. Knit is the best integrations platforms. Period.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dinesh A. | Co-founder and CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

I love how they make it easy to embed various APIs in a way that you can manage chaotic data flow in an easy manner. Unlike some other platforms they do not store our data, in cache or locally or in a DB and hence it helps us with compliace with Meta's data requirements.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

We could benefit from data from our ticketing system flowing into our other tools. This is one enrichment that we hope they add soon. This is again a wish and not a complaint.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes significant developer time to integrate multiple APIs and keeping them up to date. Knit takes care of the heavy lifting and our developers can simply focus on developing for our business.

  ### 45. Excellent Service and Documentation

There were few bugs during implementation of new apis, but it was fixed within the same day.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Not helpful in integrations with drive, docs and apps like notion.

It lets users manage their own scopes, mapping and custom fields for each integration. This saves valuable time both for dev and implementation teams.

  ### 47. Our central integration hub for different platforms.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tushar C. | Chief Technology Officer(CTO), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

It's a one-stop solution for our various third-party integrations. Their simplified approach enabled us to quickly integrate different channels with our application using unified APIs and a common data format.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Good to have support for more communication channels like Discord which is quite popular nowadays.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our requirement was to send custom (application generated) reports to our client's preferred channels like Slack and Teams. Knit's platform made it easy for us with minimal changes on our application side in quick time.

  ### 48. If you need customer facing integrations, Knit is for you!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie M. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Support for almost all tools that you want to integrate. It is really easy and quick to setup integrations. Their support is top nothc when you need help.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

I wish they extend their integration support to ERPs too.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have embedded Knit in our offering to export data from our solution to our client's tools. We did not want to learn each and every CRM our clients use. With Knit we can simply integrate those apps into our solution and our customers don't need to transfer data manually. Saves them a hassle and gives us an edge over competition.

  ### 49. HRIS under one umbrella

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Munish B. | Technical Lead Integration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Because of its unified APIs, common data format that can be adjusted to work with various third-party integrators, data syncs—which are the best way to manage webhooks—and almost faultless support, Knit is the best choice for any HRIS system. You don't need to design an entire eco system to handle the incoming data from the knit; integration is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Data sync close to the real world adaptation. Currently it has sync frequencies for minimum 6 hours but that should be fine if you're not working on real data updates.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrated user interface (UI) to facilitate integration with multiple third-party integrators with little script modifications, and unified APIs that support the backend through webhooks.

  ### 50. Incredibly Easy to get started and build integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavik B. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Once you’re integrated with Knit there is almost no effort needed to add a new integration. Any new integrations requests are also supported on priority. It saves months of product and dev effort.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

While they do offer a bunch of sandbox accounts to test with. They could add a sandbox for Oracle

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are tens of products that we keep getting integration requests for, Knit helps us solve for integrations once and for all.
