We're able to position and address 30+ competitors using a consistent tool and deliver a consistent experience to our internal clients. I really like the new card edit capabilities along with the ability to create and display different cards to different types of users. This will really enable us to branch out and show more tailored intelligence insights to executives, product managers, and even partners, something we've been struggling to address. The platform has evolved and become more adaptable, and with embedded HTML features on cards, we're able to drop-in dynamic data elements onto cards with no IT involvement. There are a lot of supporting data-driven apps that provide embeddable API/HTML features, so the prospects here are huge. Overall: - Sales enablement through great battlecard support - Chrome plugin when used across the org, is an excellent crowd-sourcing CI feature - Curating massive amounts of content across 30+ competitors. Klue provides the tools to stay focused and reduce clutter and out-of-date CI assets - Tracking usage and reporting engagement...all to refine CI assets, identify gaps and further engage users - Ability to segment user base and create views tailored to their function, i.e. sales, tech-sales, marketing, executives, partners, CI-evangelists (which I had more) - Controlling UX so we can brand the CI role and further promote its value across the company - Constant flow of new features that are clearly based on customer input

Very structured program with just the right amount of dynamic flexibility to accommodate market and sales pipeline changes. The interview quality is extremely high with weekly check-ins providing a clear pulse on how win/loss dynamics are changing. We're able to turn outputs into multiple enablement and CI deliverables. Aggregate reporting (quarterly) is very high quality and provides insights well beyond the weekly check-ins and interview summaries.
