I love that Kangarootime provides so much support for families and childcare centers to stay connected. There is an integrated door option for security via bluetooth along with a function to send messages, texts, and photos!

The people who own and operate Kangarootime are the absolute best. They are always available and they always open to adding features you need and making that happen in rapid timing. Also, the security of private information is fantastic and uses the most secure platform.

That we have all the different systems combined in one. Very easy to use. Customer Service is now slow and does not follow through. They are willing to listen to improvement to the system based on feedback but do not follow through with upgrades as promised.
