June is fantastic. It plugs into Segment nicely and adheres to the spec well. It allows you to create reports providing high-level product insights quickly. Each report is tailor-made and includes additional metrics and useful charts. Beyond product insights, it provides some very nice capabilities for customer success teams in the form of milestones. The team at June is also extremely helpful, providing swift support when required.

We use their activation and retention reports to guide our product roadmap. Since we started using June, we've found gaps and significantly improved our signup-to-paid conversion rate.
