One of the biggest time-savers for me was the ability to import agenda items and contact lists directly from Excel, which worked seamlessly. I also like that the platform includes plenty of useful features without feeling overwhelming, unlike some other tools I've tried. A major bonus is that sponsors and speakers can update their own profiles, which reduces the need to chase people with follow-up emails — a big plus during busy event planning phases. I started using Eventleaf just one month before the event, which is a pity — it has so many great features that would have saved me a lot of time and nerves if I had implemented it earlier. Tools like abstract collection, the reviewing process, and payment tracking are extremely helpful and would have made the entire process even smoother.

I really likely how user friendly and intuitive event leaf was to set up. It was really easy to customise and the support team were friendly and helpful and really understood our needs as a small not for profit. The ability to brand was really useful and I really liked the poll and survey ability.
