Eventleaf was incredibly easy to set up and use for our event! Its features, including registration management, agendas, speaker bios, Q&As, and surveys, made it our top choice for our conference. We have found the eventleaf software to be incredibly helpful for our training event. We have used other registration softwares in the past that were not nearly as beneficial. We loved that we could customize the page with our branded colors and logos. It makes for a seamless transition between our webpage and the EventLeaf site. We could even customize the URL! We were excited to be able to upload our contacts and send them from this platform, instead of having to use another platform to communicate. We are excited to have an integrated app that we can edit and customize. We loved how the software is structured for our event. It is easy to know where all the different pieces of information go. The default confirmations are great too, and we don’t have to create everything from scratch. We look forward to our future events with EventLeaf and only wish we had found it sooner! Eventleaf is user friendly, the functionality is outstanding (we really love the communicator option for our conference attendees) and it is cost effective. The support staff are also outstanding. I plan monthly on-line support groups. Using EventLeaf has been a great way to organize the sessions we have each month all in one place. After I stumbled through and figured out how to organize an online session, the ability to repeat the process every month became easier and easier.

No downside to using except that as a nonprofit that doesn't charge for events, the fee comes out of our limited budget.

It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types and keep everything organized. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well.

Overall, small features that we hope to see in the future. I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I'd also love to see the ability to upload a logo within the registration, and the ability to back-end tag registrants. Not many color options available for overall website color of event. The cost for a business profile is steep, however nice that you can email customer service for different options based on event needs. I host small a small conference once a year (about 50 attendees), so the base price doesnt make sense for me to pay. Tiered options would be great, based on size of event. Eventleaf makes event management simple, easy and straightforward. As a small non-profit, we do not have a large planning committee or budget to hire professional event planning/management agencies. The Eventleaf platform was not resource intensive to setup and provided all of the resources that we needed to run our event. The platform makes registration simple and provides attendees with all of the information they might need. The communication tools are incredibly useful and easy to use and allow our team to provide updates at every step of the way with just a few clicks. We have been testing EventLeaf for our face-to-face meetings for some time now. As a small NGO we don't have the budget to hire large companies for our international events, and we have found EventLeaf to be an excellent tool for us. The whole process of setting up the meeting is very simple and transparent, and the registration by the users is very easy.
