The ability to create creative video interviews and questions. Really enjoy the fact there are several types of options for question types and the new gamification aspect of the program. The program is easy to navigate through, the dashboard is informative, and I can develop interview questions very quickly. My Jobma rep consistently checks in on a biweekly to monthly basis. When I do have a question, she replies back fairly quickly with some guidance or step by step instructions.
