I love how customizable it is. Being able to find creative processes to solve real world problems. Color coding jobs to be able to track patterns and improve efficiency. It is the function that has made this business manageble from an office. It does integrate fairly easily with other apps. We use Quick Books for accountins. We did struggle a little in the begining, but once we learned how they communicate with each other, it became pretty painless. My service techs, especially the youngers-more tech savvy ones, have little issues navigating and following certain processes I put into place.
