I love that Unity Suite puts the responsibility on both parties to meet their end of an agreement. It keeps expectations in check with automatic "check ins" of content to ensure consistency with our client-approved version. It provides clear "next steps" for the creator to execute, rather than going back and forth via email. These small features are able to create a big difference in saving time in the little details.
