What do you like best about IZEA Flex?

I love that Unity Suite puts the responsibility on both parties to meet their end of an agreement. It keeps expectations in check with automatic "check ins" of content to ensure consistency with our client-approved version. It provides clear "next steps" for the creator to execute, rather than going back and forth via email. These small features are able to create a big difference in saving time in the little details. What do you dislike about IZEA Flex?

I dislike the inability to post live links on the marketer's end to collect analytics. The "manual verification" does not pull through numbers and you are not able to undue that verification. It makes tracking down the creator tough to get those numbers from them off the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering IZEA Flex:

I would recommend that you strategize what you want your influencer campaigns to look like and how they function BEFORE deciding on what tool is best for them. IZEA is great for those keeping track of 1-3 clients (agency side) and smaller influencer campaigns. There are certain steps that you have to take extra time to work around, but once you get the hang of the site and its good and bad parts, it is a very helpful tool. What problems is IZEA Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?

IZEA Unity Suite is streamlining our influencer programming by keeping the messaging consistent. I can post to all creators and know they all received the same campaign information and have mandatory elements that the site will ensure they execute. What do you like best about IZEA Flex?

IZEA's Unity Suite makes it very easy to find, onboard, monitor/track, and analyze influencer marketing programs for our clients. We moved to IZEA from Mavrck and are very happy with the decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IZEA Flex?

The Unity Search functionality can be problematic at times, as can other areas of the platform (e.g., chats continuing to be marked as "unread" when they are not). Also, the system times out and logs the user out -- but it's not obvious when this happens and work can be lost. A "you will be logged out" message would help. What do you like best about IZEA Flex?

What do you like best about IZEA Flex?

The initial Training was great. The support when there is an issue is also outstanding. We love the ability to find influencers and communicate with them directly all in one place. We also appreciate the ability to see what types of influencer postings are happening using the Viz search tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IZEA Flex?

The main stumbling block for us so far has been in connecting with Influencers. The process is not straightforward. In just a small segment, we reached out to about 25 Influencers, most of whom never responded back to us. Others responded back, but the communication back and forth was cumbersome, sometimes going days without a response back. One influencer even shared with us that they use the mobile version, and options were missing for them to submit their assets back to us via the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IZEA Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue we are solving is the ability to get our message out to target groups of people that would be very difficult, if not impossible, to connect within a timely and cost-efficient manner. I love that the IZEA team is very helpful when it comes to campaigns and working with influencers. They do their best to protect us as business owners and the influencers in everything they do. "Pretty comprehensive self-serve influencer platform"

What do you like best about IZEA Flex?

What do you dislike about IZEA Flex?

The in-platform messaging is not great, often messages disappear or you don't receive notifications about new messages. Some of the features and functionality are not the most intuitive, such as making changes to deliverable due dates or publication dates. What do you like best about IZEA Flex?

We are a successful independent record label, and there's no better way to share good music to new fans than having influencers share that music with their following.
