I reviewed literally 24 other LMS options prior to settling with iSpring. All of them do the basics well enough, but iSpring has the bonus of the Knowledge Base and a handful of other handy tools that I didn't see advertised. A news/announcements feature, employeed reivew and coaching tool, org chart that doubles as a company directory. Plus a solid mobile app to boot. Support has been solid, documentation has been solid, and setup has been pretty simple. Lots of good tools for a reasonable price.
