IronClad as a platform to quickly and securely sign legal documents

I like the interface, is clean and simple. It allows for cross-functional teams to contribute in a same workflow, which allows getting the required approvals. Labeling users automatically adds them to the workflow, which is extremely useful.

Feature Rich Contracting Solution

The dynamic, logic-driven document generation functionality offers a lot of flexibility. Their Salesforce integration is very useful. It can also be leveraged as a training tool for Sales users.
