Super useful tool that makes things easy for both legal and sales teams to collaborate on contracts

|Ironclad
Ironclad is super easy to use, and has a good user experience. The software makes it very easy to store contracts, and for the attorneys to make the necessary changes during the contracting process. Nice integration with Docusign makes it easy to send contracts out for signature.

Good Workflow Tool

|Ironclad
It is very easy to build and roll out contract templates for your userbase to use to enable self-sufficiency in the business. The approval and signature processes are well liked by my company. The Acivity Feed to capture exchangs between internal and external participants negotiating a contract is very useful and cuts down on emails outside the system.

Quick sync-up and ease of integration with existing IT infra. Easy-to-follow procedure and switching reviews between 2 parties is an excellent feature Single source of truth when it comes to Legal documents and contracts
