Ideal Contract Management Experience - for SMB & NonProfits that require robust premium features

Smooth interface to create new workflows that adapt to your organization's needs. For instance, Ironclad allows for customizable placeholders, aka fields, where you can have either you or the signer complete as many fields as needed. Also, during the workflow launch process, you can set parameters to either enable or disable sections of the workflow. This means if a client were to require an NDA, you could check that off as you launch the workflow, and an NDA would appear at the end when the client signs.

Important tool for the future of Contract Management

|Ironclad
I think Ironclad is an important tool for the future of contract management. I used only the demo version and while I found it easy to use, not everyone will like other folks on my team. I do not think Ironclad will be very easy to implement without the help of a person with some software background or good training in how to use the software. Nevertheless, it does have a lot of cool features, can integrate with some enterprise software like salesforce and helps to warehouse the entire contracting process.
