Excellent System

|iplicit
iplicit is very intuitive and it seems very simple to use. We particularly like the link with the bank and the ease of completing the VAT return. We upgraded from a very old system and it really was a complete change. The implementation wasn't too bad, the main of the problems we hit were caused by us, but whatever the problem, there seems to be a solution. I am a daily user of the system and I am an approver rather than an 'entry' user, but the system seems straight forward to use. I like the webbased nature of the system and would very much recomment Iplicit. We are about to be branching out into phase 2 which includes PO's and Assets

The training, set up, and Go live

Its helpful going back and watching videos that applied to the training to help get started. It seems the possibilities are endless, and as its set up like a spreadsheet our requests for bespoke reporiting are always made possible. The workflow authorisations are great and really helpful, it does make you look at things in a new way to make our jobs more automated in ways that save us time.
