It's the people behind Interact that make is such a great product. As with all technology, you will experience hiccups. But the staff at Interact want to hear about those hiccups and find the best solution, quickly. They always go out of their way to help us accomplish whatever we need to/want to accomplish and they are fun to work with! I truly love working on both my company's intranet (powered by Interact) and working with other Interact teams and customers, because they're so helpful and full of great ideas!
The ease of use for non-technical people is a great benefit of the system and administrating it is pretty quick and easy, allowing time to be more creative in other areas. It has some wonderful features like the Room & Resource Bookings, Form Approvals, Staff Directory, Teams and Timeline and love the additional quizzes and sports challenges for staff. There is a lot of features for a reasonable cost. The Community pages are great and the Support goes above and beyond.
I enjoy that I can quickly upload content with ease, this being especially helpful for quick news updates that I need to push out on the platform. This also helps with making amendments to company policy documents hosted on our site.
The improvement to the social aspect of our company has been noticed after the implementation of the Intranet. People can put names to faces far easier, and our network team can start to recognise the support staff at our head office after their posting of necessary info.
