Not once I have felt like a "small client" for them: their team looks after my accounts and my agency's needs as if they were for their own business. They are the best in the market for Amazon Marketing Cloud reporting and Insights: not only they truly understand the product, their platform also provides the best UX on the market. Our clients are happy with the layout and find it easy to understand. Their dashboarding solution eliminates the need to have a Data Analysis team, as they walk you through implementation of the same, making it quick and easy to set up for all your accounts. The DSP team is truly dedicated and goes the extra mile in terms of service, while being extremely knowledgeable.
