The ease-of-use and flexibility that Intelligence Bank offers within the platform. Love having the ability to customize pages and areas within the DAM to suit specific needs and teams. That, coupled with how easy and intuitive the platform has been for end users, has really helped prove its value. Love how well thought-out the UI is around the tools available for each asset. It’s well organized and grouped. Users have remarked at how easy the system is to use, often taking to it with very little instruction or guidance. By far their favorite features are the download presets and image cropping attributes. The ability to adjust an image's copping on a preset and export to numerous file types has been extremely helpful and has saved numerous requests into creative services for that type of work. The customer service at Intelligence Bank has been outstanding. They have been a great partner, answering our many questions, listening to our feedback, and always being there to offer assistance if needed. We are a very hands-on, DIY organization and Intelligence Bank has been extremely patient and supportive of our desire to run with things.
