I like how easy InspireIP is to use without requiring any kind of training. We ran an innovation challenge and captured over 300 employee ideas. In the past, we used email threads or suggestion boxes to gather suggestions. Getting people to share ideas, tracking them, and managing their progress was a headache. Now, every day dozens of ideas get submitted over InspireIP and because it is very intuitive, the ideas seem very easy to manage. This has improved our overall collaboration among employees. as they feel valued and can see how their ideas are handled carefully, and are a part of the innovation pipeline of the company.

InspireIP is a cool idea management software that I found quite user-friendly. Simple to track the status of your ideas - whether management reviewed them or not, if yes - their comments, etc. Net-net, cool stuff. Best part - It is not limited to technical ideas (for filing patents only). It is equally useful and impactful for non-technical ideas. As an example, we got certain new things in our office workspace by sharing our ideas on InspireIP.

Super simple to use. Anytime I get an idea, I simply open Inspire and add it. Since it's a common shared platform, I can keep track of the ideas and also check the progress over time.
