Nothing at all. Had issues with the set up and customer service

Very easy to use. Love being able to filter and search for specific sessions. We use it primarily to troubleshoot customer problems, but you can easily view a funnel analysis of sessions and look for behavioral insights.

Inspectlet has provided us with accuracy in every step we take; it has handy but straightforward tools, a very easy-to-use interface with the same tools we need to do the inspection. The customer support provides the necessary help, which is useful when I have any inconvenience. The video reporting has dramatically facilitated the review; this way, it is much more practical to see and evaluate the movement of our customers on our site, analyze what we do wrong, and maybe see what we excel in, to reinforce our qualities in our service.
