It records the user sessions and plays them so that we can understand the exact behavior of the user. It can segregate the user by IP, country, region, pages etc. Tagging is also a very nice feature which helps the developer/Inspectlet user to quickly find the desired session to view. It has a simple UI which makes it easy to use for people with non-technical background.

Out of other competitors in the market, Inspectlet got the pricing right. Pricing based off sessions instead of page views is great for those looking to record entire user sessions. The playback functionality is really nice with several options that make viewing large numbers of recordings easy.
