We needed our VDR to be set-up very urgently and our account manager acted quickly and got us set-up super fast. From there I was really pleased with the platform and found it extremely easy to use. Training was offered, but I didn't feel I needed it. When I did have questions, our account manager and the support team were amazing!

The virtual data room setup process is easy. Creating, deleting, or managing data rooms as well as the users and permissions of those data rooms is very intuitive and natural. The customer support for iDeals is also second to none in my experience. I don't know how big of a company they are, but their pricing is incredibly fair and I am treated as if I were one of their large clients (even though I'm sure we are not). Responsiveness is top notch. We use the VDR for all our externally shared deals and opportunities and have yet to receive complaints about the product from our partners. Implementing and integrating iDeals is becoming easier with the functionality upgrades they are regularly adding. Would highly recommend.
