Good concept with some steps to go
collaboard is easy to use. No steep learning curve required. You habe the basic collaboration features with some real highlight (e.g. mousepointer of other users have their name attached to it, that makes working on a map together much easier).

Great productive tool on planning and organizing
Collaboard is easy to use right away. If you're a person who likes mind mapping, this tool for sure fits that bill. I have used it for that but also for production for my studio company. When working with clients, it's hard to illustrate the "bigger picture" so being able to map everything out and link everything as needed with references to photo and video has been super helpful to make the vision clear for everyone.

The ability to literally do anything. One can insert live or recorded video/photo, use existing templates or create new ones. The huge stocks of image and icons, zoom integration and to top it all it's an infinite board!
