Hundred Handshakes is the first tool I've seen that makes it possible to create a data rich org chart for an enterprise customer in a single afternoon. I have my whole team use the 'Email/Cal Sync' which scrapes everyones emails/calendars and automatically adds customers to the chart. Couldn't recommend more!

Hundred Handshakes is a godsend. As a sales rep, we're always asked to keep updated org charts of our customers and it usually goes one of two ways. 1) You spend way too much admin time adding/deleting contacts to maintain accuracy, only to throw a screen shot of the org chart in a slide deck 2) You only update it right before your boss asks for it. Its so easy to add/remove/move contacts, its great that you can tag users with custom tags, but my favorite feature is the LinkedIn import.

You can get up and running on 100Handshakes immediately. There is virtually no learning curve unlike with Lucid which is very cumbersome. You can also easily share your work with your extended team and customers.
