I mean from tracking leave to managing employee records to handling performance notes , everything is easy to access and update . A non HR- staff can also navigate it without much training . Moreover i found support staff very responsive to any problems . Its ease of use and user friendly staff are definitely a big plus for HR Partner. I also like more of its feautures like Posting for job postions , scheduling interveiws tracking working hours , document signing , payroll management .
