Great customer services, missing some important stuff

|Hostfully - Property Management Platform
I switched management softwares and Hostfully is easy to use and has a super fast customer service. Although, the owner portal is very basic and there is no owner app. Owners complain a lot about how little they can do and see vrs my old management software which is a big down side. The integrations with vrbo and Airbnb are great. Wish there was an owner app and more features for owners to keep transparency for them. Reports are hard to read and the net amounts are not transferred each month which makes owners super confused on how much income they have
