It provides in-depth insights into which types of content perform best, making it easy to measure engagement, monitor progress, and present data to the team. The range of metrics available for each account is impressive, and I appreciate that Hootsuite regularly publishes blogs to help users maximize the platform's potential. Overall, it simplifies the process of managing social media and gives you all the tools needed to improve performance. Overall, while Hootsuite is incredibly helpful and efficient for managing social media and pulling key metrics, these areas for improvement do slightly hinder the user experience. With a few tweaks to the reporting tool and added functionality for bulk actions, it would be a near-perfect platform.
