The interface makes it extremely easy to create and execute social engineering campaigns. There is a wide variety of templates and they are very high quality. My goal is for the emails to be as convincing as possible, and Hook's do just that. The onboarding and customer service have been outstanding; I've gotten personal, rapid attention and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I switched from another provider and am extremely happy with the service!
