One of the BEST visitor, staff and contractor management software

Extremely user-friendly solution both for user and administrator Support is no more than a minute away Instant notifications are sent to phone email and MS Teams to Hosts Can see how many visitors/contractors are on site Contractors can sign in using the app or the sign-in station Contractors/Visitors get a label printed with their picture and who they visiting Contractors are signed out using geo fencing Contractors/Visitors can be messaged using the system Facial recognition option for return users to quickly check in and checkout Multiple workflows can be set up in an instant by duplicating an existing workflow Easy to upload/update documents and workflows Multiple pieces of training can easily be set up using the system Easy access to all the staff induction and their replies Conditional formatting is another great feature of workflow Work Permits can be set up for contractors with electronic risk assessment forms for them to fill out prior to job The company's module helps manage all required documents including insurance, public liability, etc, and is synced with its employee's profile. Sine is simple to use and easy to maintain

The simplicity. It is easy to find settings to administer the hosts, locations and devices we have attached to the system. It integrates seemlessly with our security system, (Gallahager). The support has also been fast and freindly.
