The software is easy to use and very intuitive, making navigation simple and straightforward. The customer service is also excellent, with fast responses and strong support from the team.

From my experience so far, there are no negative points to raise.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep track and record all office visits, giving us better visibility of meeting room usage and saving time by eliminating manual guest sign-ins. It also allows guests to check in independently when reception is not attended. Overall, it streamlines and improves our daily processes.

System integration and ease of use for the host and for the visitor.  Customer support is consistent and instantaneous.  The service provided is friendly and professional.

**What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?**

The cost was competative, but this shows in the customer service provided.  The app frequently froze which required a restart of the app before allowing a visitor to log in.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

The customer serivce was not very helpfull, and the billing was outsourced.  We were frequently sent bills from other sites which caused frequest shutoffs at incorrect sites for non-payment.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was allowing our Security Team to leave the lobby more often to complete other necessary taks.  Visitors/Contractors are able to print a badge (with picture and QR code verification) and contact their host, all without requiring someone to sit in the lobby.

**What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?**

Their software is very stable and works properly every time we have needed it. It was incredibly easy adding additional kiosks and there are no delays in notifications. This system is used in our facility every day without problem.

They only support iPads for their kiosks which really stinks. It would be nice if they offered Android as an option there.

**What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?**

The program is easy to use.  We use it to control visitors to our chemical plant. Contractors can use an iPad to log in, and I receive a message when they are on site. Contractors or visitors never lose much time, it's easy to use, quick, but still thorough. 
It's also easy to export data, to see how many visitors you had on a day, or to see how many hours contractors worked in a week. 
I really like the application and wouldn't want to use anything else for this.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

Maybe expand functionality. Setting up the application was done by our IT department, it's not very easy for us to reconfigure the forms once they're set up.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We must register all visitors to our chemical site. It's imperative that we are aware of everyone who is present on site, in case of emergencies or evacuations.
At the same time, it's good to have a record of contractors, when they entered, how much time they spent, etc.

Service has been good. If there is something that we don't understand, when setting up the app or when exporting data, we received help very quickly. We are satisfied.

This was super simple to set up. Changes (even adding a COVID checklist when it was needed) are very easy. Visitors understand how it works. Staff finds it easy to manage. We have not had any issues.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

The process to take a picture is a little weird; that's the only issue.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have people sign into a visitor book; you could never read people's handwriting.
If we had an emergency, someone had to grab the visitor book on the way out of the building to know who was supposed to be here. We can check the Visitor Management software from (anywhere) the parking lot to get a list of visitors.

Extremely user-friendly solution both for user and administrator
Support is no more than a minute away
Instant notifications are sent to phone email and MS Teams to Hosts
Can see how many visitors/contractors are on site
Contractors can sign in using the app or the sign-in station
Contractors/Visitors get a label printed with their picture and who they visiting 
Contractors are signed out using geo fencing
Contractors/Visitors can be messaged using the system
Facial recognition option for return users to quickly check in and checkout
Multiple workflows can be set up in an instant by duplicating an existing workflow
Easy to upload/update documents and workflows
Multiple pieces of training can easily be set up using the system
Easy access to all the staff induction and their replies
Conditional formatting is another great feature of workflow
Work Permits can be set up for contractors with electronic risk assessment forms for them to fill out prior to job
The company's module helps manage all required documents including insurance, public liability, etc, and is synced with its employee's profile.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

The setup fee is too high regardless you need help with setup or not

Enterprise-based pricing does not help individual sites to independently signup for the service

It be a good feature if the administrator gets notified along with the staff when they are due for re-induction

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sine for Visitor, Staff, and Contractor management. Staff is more for site inductions and training.
I requested a report option to see all the overdue inductions/workflows but am still waiting for them to come up with a solution where they could send periodic, monthly, six monthly and yearly reports of staff and contractors that are due for induction. 
It be a good feature if the administrator gets notified along with the staff when they are due for re-induction

**What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?**

This is the easist software I've used to enter and check in guests to our facility. It prints out a guest pass instantly and also will notify the host.
We don't have to rely on paper logs to track who is in and out of our building.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

This may be a printer issue, but the printer can sometime randomly disconnect from Sine and prevent the badges from printing. Without the badge, it is slightly inconvienent to has the guest check out. It would be nice if admins could print out the guest badge later if there is a printer issue.
This is the only major flaw we have run into.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We constantly have customers and vendors on site. It helps us track all guests on site, and allows all known guests to be kept in the system and pulled if ever needed.

We trialed a few systems, including one from a local development company to find a visitor management system that was the right fit for us, and the ease of use for most people, the simplicity for visitors to figure, and well geared interface have made this a software we've stuck with since the day we started testing it. Pure and simply it's the best visitor system that we've ever used.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

We recently rolled out a new site and trying to source the same hardware that we have running here proved to be a bit of a challenge. It would be helpful if there was a wider range of tested compatible hardware that we could look at that is easier to get a hold of. We had some difficulty setting up the Teams integration and I don't recall if we ever got it resolved.

We run a manufacturing plant, and Sine has helped us to keep track of customer visits and suppliers coming in.

**What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?**

It's a very complete system, very intuitive for backend administration, and the front end is extremely easy to configure. The admin platform is easy to navigate and the interface is well designed for any user. The document management for visitors and contractors really allows us to reach beyond our compliance requirements and eliminates manual processes that were contraining.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

So far no complaints. Have been running this system for about 30 days and it really has made a difference from our old paper log book process. I would like to see a few more kiosk stands available directly through SINE, but the bundle kit is presentable out of the box.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are eliminating our paper log book at our entrances, incorporating the workflows for contractor management, and using the "companies" platform for the compliance componenet of our vendors. This really ties our internal requirements together and allows us to better manage these activities.

This app is easy to use and you can easily manage team logins and maintain records of the contractor's attendance onsite. Especially the auto sign-out feature is the cherry on top

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

I would like Honeywell Sine to add a feature to limit the hours for individual sign-ins, for example, if someone is meant to work eight hours and is a regular team member, but somehow forgot to sign out, the app should be able to auto-sign out after eight hours.

Honeywell is helping a lot in keeping sign records for the team and the contractor, making it easy to calculate the number of hours worked and It make our life easy by keeping digital record instead of manual register.

Each person has to enter their information so you have to wait if you have more than 1 person.

The simplicity. It is easy to find settings to administer the hosts, locations and devices we have attached to the system. It integrates seemlessly with our security system, (Gallahager). The support has also been fast and freindly.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

Because of the simplicity there are some minor settings missing, such as not being able to set a blank default to a host list within the invite section. Therefore the top user in the list may get selected by accident.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Sine system allows us to invite guests to the building, which is super handy because we have a restaurant attached. It also allows us to check in contractors and deliver them the right security settings through the integration.

**What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?**

Sine has significantly helped to modernize my company's visitor check in system. I appreciate being able to see all our visitors and have photos to remind me of someone's name. I have had no issues with the system after using it for 8 months and my coworkers appreciate the reminder emails they receive when their visitor arrives.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

The only thing I wish was different was the Teams integration. When I explored this feature, it ended up not being as simple as I thought. I was unable to set it up in order for a person to get a notification on Teams that their visitor arrived. The only way to get these notifications is for them to send to the whole company. I hope they change this integration soon so that this feature is more helpful.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system has allowed me to learn names and faces of vendors since I now have their photo to look at on Sine. It also tells our employees when their vendor is here instead of me as the receptionist having to call them up.

First, Sine was bought by Honewell who are a very big company and choose wisely. For me it is their user-friendly interface, efficiency, customisability, enhanced security, mobile accessibility, and comprehensive reporting features.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

I have repeatedly requested a dedicated section for visitor and contractor vehicles on the dashboard, and it seems to be a significant feature that is missing from the Dashboard

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a school that did not have any visitor and contractor managment. We now have Sine Core which is universally used by staff across our private school. In addition we have been able to adapt the system to allow us to monitor security keys and assests.

Sine aloows visitors and contractors to check in with ease, it also allows their host (the company representative) to know when they're onsite . It allows the WHS team to monitor who has checked in and if a contractor that they are compliant.

I honestly haven't found any downsides to using SINE. It is easy to use and notifies when errors are present in the system

It has great visibility to see who is checked in and when they checked out. It also allows us to upload site specific documents for our visitor to review. My favorite feature is the ability to print a visitor badge after they check in.

There hasn't been anything that I dislike about the software as of yet.

It allows us to check visitors in as well as print them a visior badge right after they enter their information.

When our visitor is here, Sine will send a notification to the host and announce that his/ her visitor is here. When the visitor left our premises the VMS will automatically sign them off using a GEO fencing

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

The host will need to create an account with sine, which is not very friendly . All the host need is to verify their email

The sine visitor management system is customisable which currently we have 2 account . One is for visitor management system and the other is for Delivery / Contractor management system

We have just implemented SINE into our visitor management process. So far, so good. I have no doubt the process will improve once I review the tips and tricks. The app and kiosk is user friendly and looks good.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

Downside. The Drivers License scanner is slightly tacky and the mounted license holder is an added expense; it should be provided at no charge. Without the ID holder accessory, there is no indication of where a visitor should scan their DL card without looking behind the scanner (not all know it's an actual IPAD and where the camera is located).

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication has been akward but SINE has stepped up to the plate for the most part. I look forward to seeing what future enhancements and improvements are planned.

Some people are allocated generic email addresses. When they leave the business the email address is reassigned. You need to be able to delete record in Core.

You truly get a great amount of features for the price you pay.  We used to use a competitor's app, however they offered much less at a much higher price.  Will  be sticking with Sine!

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

If there is anything I dislike,it is very superficial, I don't like that I don't have the option to change from 2400 clock to 1200 clock on the iPad display.  Otherwise, it is perfect!

Our company needs a visitor management system so we may keep track of who actually belongs onsite and who doesn't.  Honeywell Sine does it's job great and is a great value for our company.

**What do you like best about Sine by Honeywell?**

Sine is an intuitive, scalable visitor management platform that has integrations into many other systems and works well for any enterprise, large or small.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

It would be nice if Sine worked with more devices than Apple for the sign-in devices.  The iPads can be a maintenance nightmare at times, and I believe that's the weakest link.  Pursuant to that, some type of notifications should be provided when a kiosk goes down so that someone may look into the issue without having to continually check the management console.

Helpful is the fact that contractors are able to view documents and sign with me not having to be there when they come in. Also now we have groups that are alerted of vistors coming to see them.

there isnt anything i can say about the SINE. Honestly my only issue is that everyone keeps taking the charger off the Ipad and its annoying because they never plug it in right.

Unannouced  people who stop by and no one know who is here in our buidling visiting. Vistor sign in and signatures required when visiting our faciltiy.

Very simple system to use, very flexible in regards to how to use and most importantly how flexible the system is with regards to tailoring it to your exact needs

It cannot be very clear at times about the various integrations and optional platforms
That being said the online support documents and the online chat come in very handy and can usually address any issue that arises

Easy, quick and auditable system that allows us to quickly oversee our visitors and with the implementation of workflows has allowed us to quickly oversee contractor inductions as well

Simple interface on iPads for visitors to easily checkin without any assistance.  Mobile app for staff and visitors to sef-checkin.  Seamless and painless support of label printers.  APIs for feeding data into the system.  Fantastic platform and super flexible.

**What do you dislike about Sine by Honeywell?**

Declined request for an API to trigger email of currently checked in visitors - this undermines the platform as in an emergency situation there is not the time to deal with logging into the system and manually triggering the email.

**What problems is Sine by Honeywell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checking in not only incoming visitors but we have flexed it to track staff who have temporarily left site during the day.

Our facility is quite large with multiple entrances and exits which makes manual sign in sheets a challenge. The SINE tablets allow us to place these at each door.

There aren't many downsides, however, if our internet is ever down, it would be nice to have a "temporary" login.
