Good features for the money.

We like the mobile app, the employees use it everyday and it works pretty well for timesheets. It is affordable and you are able to pay monthly or annually for a slight discount.

Ease of scheduling

It's easy to create a schedule! It also has an interview feature that allows you to schedule applicants and it sends emails to them for you. You can also post hiring ads from here.

We use it for timekeeping only - easy to use but fairly limited (not a robust HRIS)

|Homebase
It's very easy to use and has a great partner app, but it is less robust than we were seeking in an HRIS system. We are coming from no timekeeping system when we started to use HomeBase, but are planning to switch platforms when we find a more robust system. The value is good for its limited function, but the version we have doesn't do everything we need (benefits, payroll, etc.) which is why it's not a long-term solution for our business.
