It seems relatively easy to use. At least, their initial implementatio was decent, not withstanding the fact that the system freaks out if you have an employee whose previous company also used Homebase.

It is so nice to be able to communicate with staff and handle scheduling, time off, and availabilty all in one app. At my previous jobs it was difficult trying to communicate through text messages and emails and trying to match everything and make sure my excel spread sheet schedule matched with everyones needs. So to have everything I need in one place has saved me so much time and energy!!!

We really love this platform and use the free version... DAILY!! It's a great way to manage our schedule (for our retail store). It's easy to use for building schedules, as well a managing availability. Our Team can also swap shifts or request coverage fairly easily. I like that they offer a payroll option, and would use that if we were not already running payroll through Quickbooks. I've recommended it to friends who have shops and they are using it. I even share an employee with one of the shops, and our joint employee can see and show their availability in a single view on their phone/app. Love that! It's easy to implement, and when I['ve needed support, they've been responsive and easy to work with.
