Hivebrite can be put into action with minimal technical knowledge. A huge plus is that users can access it through both web browsers and mobile apps (iOS and Android). Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to operate and encourages more people to get involved. On top of that, our Customer Success Manager has provided exceptional support. He’s shared valuable insights and best practices that have helped us manage our community more effectively. Without his guidance, we wouldn’t be at our current level of success.

I really like the UX of the platform and design approach for the areas such as media center and Groups.
