Effortless Hiring with SMS Advantages
I like that Hireology streamlines everything into one easy-to-use platform. The ease of use is definitely a highlight for me. I also appreciate the SMS feature, which works very well for us and lets us reach out to candidates who might not have time for an entire phone call. The initial setup was very easily done.

Streamlined Recruiting with a Need for Improved Notifications
I like Hireology because it allows for quick and immediate posting of open positions, making it very efficient for our recruiting needs. The fact that I can contact, schedule, and interview directly from the platform is a big plus. I also appreciate the storage of all applicant data, which makes it easy to circle back and pull reports, review existing candidate pools for new roles, and weed out candidates that don't meet job criteria. It's a quick and convenient way to manage our recruitment process.

Streamlined Hiring with Vital Integrations, Needs Improved Support
I use Hireology for our hiring process, and it's great for obtaining applicants and running background checks. I really appreciate the integration with Netchex as it makes managing our hiring and HR/Payroll processes much easier. We don't have to manually enter each applicant's information in the HR/Payroll platform, which saves us a lot of time. It's also very easy to set up, and we were ready to go ahead of schedule without any hassles.
